Tony is an award winning chef and author of a range of plant-based cookery books. Yvonne is a renowned Harley Street/Beaulieu Nutritionist and will answer health questions.
Tony and Yvonne’s menu will demonstrate how to make tasty food, that is bursting with vital nutrients to help your body get all it needs for optimal health.

Milford on Sea Food Week is a community event entirely co-ordinated by a small dedicated group of volunteers who provide their expertise and time for free. We are also fortunate to have a generous group of sponsors, friends and supporters.
As a 'not for profit' event, the income generated is used to cover promotional costs, and the Food Week organisers are more than satisfied that their only reward is in seeing people enjoying themselves. We are delighted to support local village good causes from any profits that may be made.
