This compelling film tells the story of three people on a mission to spread the truth of one of the most important health breakthroughs of all time. Their case is backed up by decades of scientific research and the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted.

The film cuts through the current haze of misinformation about our health and diet and delivers an insightful message about how we can avoid, even reverse, degenerative illness such as heart disease, obesity, cancer and the effects of ageing.

In their efforts to conduct a ground-breaking pilot study that would document the health benefits of a wholefoods plant-based diet, renowned nutritional scientist T Colin Campbell, his son, Nelson, and State Representative Tom Riner must battle face-to-face with the corporate lobbies that have perpetuated the cover-up of this scientific data in order to support the financial interests of the dairy, meat and egg industries.

Undeterred and determined, Nelson begins his own pilot project and demonstrates the dramatic improvement to health it is possible to achieve in just 10 days. Participants achieve astounding results including huge drops in cholesterol, blood sugar and body weight with a significant number reducing or eliminating their dependence on the pharmaceutical drugs they were convinced they couldn’t live without.

This film is part of a grass-roots movement that is inspiring people globally to make healthier, scientifically based decisions about how they fuel their bodies. The film-makers provide a wealth of follow-up resources and a global support network for those that wish to become part of this positive, life-changing movement.

The film will be followed by audience discussion and Q&A with New Forest based author and nutritionist Yvonne Bishop-Weston and her husband Tony, author, food-writer and experienced plant-based chef – see their website and
